The Brick

Melanie was awesome! She greeted us, offered help, explained the Boxing Day sale, and left us to browse. As we wandered, she made sure to check in with us but was never pushy. Once we narrowed in on a chair we liked, Melanie made herself available to answer our questions and worked with us to close the sale. Very friendly and professional, I feel she went above and beyond to offer service first, which I highly appreciated. Thank you Melanie!

Great experience buying a mattress with Alicia! She offered great advice and was so kind. There were great deals on Boxing Day so we got a great new Sterns & Foster king mattress and box spring, and new pillows. Update: What an absolute nightmare at delivery. They said 2-5pm, showed up at 6:30. The box spring is ripped, pillows not delivered and apparently the order incorrect as they were not told to pick up our old mattress. Delivery men refused to leave my home without me signing their form of satisfactory delivery. Called the Brick while they were here and the Brick said they could not deal with it today as they were closing soon (noting had they delivered on time it would not be an issue). I did not have a choice other than to accept the mattress so the men would leave my home. I was told to call back in 3 days when the sales person who sold me the mattress was back in the store. Until then I have a king size mattress sitting on my living room floor. What a miserable (and ongoing) experience.

UPDATE: Delivery of a king mattress, adjustable bed base, and dining room chairs went so smoothly. Truly impressed with the three guys - their efficiency, positive energy, helpfulness and attitudes. In and out within half an hour. Zero damage to our walls. Set up the heavy items that would've been hard for us to do on our own. Made for a great experience. 5*! ORIGINAL: Melanie was very helpful in store! Gave great advice, took her time with us, and made the whole process easy.
